Help save 12 yr old boys eye sight!

Before you read this I would like you to open your eyes and not blink, don't close your eyes see how long you can manage...30 seconds? 1 minute? ..Hour?
Can you imagine day after day night after night not being able to blink or close your eyes can you imagine the pain you'll go through, this boy is only 12 and he can't blink or close his eyes. He has to sleep with his eyes open. I'm begging you to help someone you never met before.
His name is Joseph...He lives in a poor town in Russia. He goes to my brothers church there. Unfortunately not all of us live in a country where there's health insurance or places that can help in emergency situation. His full name is Joseph Dimitriv Dimitrovich and he is such a sweetheart. He was in an accident a few months ago, he suffered severe burns all over his face and arm from a gas tank explosion while helping his father. Doctors said he will lose his eye sight within a year if he doesn't get immediate eye surgery. In Russia if you don't have cash for the procedure they will let a child go blind. He can't sleep at night he is in so much pain and he can't close his eyes. He has to sleep with them open. Not to mention the rest of the pain on his whole face, making it difficult for him to speak. His father suffered from burns on his hands too trying to save his son. Joseph is the third youngest of six children in his family. They live with his fathers parents. They are extremely poor and don't have a place of their own or money for the surgery. Joseph's face has excessively burnt skin tissue. He cries every day and tells his father forget about me who cares if I lose my eye sight I'm scary nobody is ever going to want me. I cry and pray for him every day.

The rest will go towards his face for reconstructive plastic surgery.
I beg you lets please help him in any little way we can. Every dollar is that much closer to another surgery. He needs 3 surgeries just for his eye lids.
