Earned a trip, need help to take it

Let me start off by saying Thank you upfront. I am feeling humbled just using this option, but I have realized that I will need help to make this trip. Not a fan of asking for money like this but I need a little help. I earned a trip to Aruba for myself and my spouse at work. It was a long year effort and I did it!! Neither of us have ever traveled overseas so we do not have a passport. We will need one in order to go on this trip. I have until July 25th in order to register for this trip in September, but we need a passport. I have to raise at least $500 in order to get them.  I am currently the only one who works as my spouse has MS and is disabled. So you can imagine that we live paycheck to paycheck. Aside from regular responsibilities, We also have medical care to cover. Since most of the money goes to financial responsibilities, we really dont get to enjoy ourselves too often, if at all. When I found out that I had made it and won the trip, we were extatic. It was something I have strived to earn for a while now. And finally after 7 years of working towards this goal, I reached it!! But this can only happen if we can get passports. I know that I wont have enough to get passports with such a short time frame. Any help you can give will go a long way.
