Total Blackout for Reform (TBFR) is an organization diligently fighting to end police brutality. The organization was founded on the principle that all law enforcement should be held accountable for use of excessive force. TBFR believes that an organization investigating itself such as law enforcement's Internal Affairs, lack the ability to produce an unbiased investigation.

TBFR believes the only way to end police brutality and save the lives of innocent Americans is through economic means. It is the extremely wealthy that control this nation. By obtaining the attention of those in control of the country, our voices will be heard. Through blackouts we will make a difference.

Blackout: A financial protest where individuals withhold their funds completely or partially from the economy. Since the extremely wealthy control the world and not the politicians, it has become apparent that they are the ones in the position to effectively lobby for and bring about change.
