Help us save our house

Donation protected
Hello! I'm here trying to help out my landlords. They're both older people (55 and 72), and have owned this property for 28 years. It's currently now going into forclosure.
I live here with them and their daughter, all four of us are disabled and unemployable.

The picture shown is the house as it currently is. There is no part of it that hasn't been refurbished by Pierre over his time living here.

I am a 20 year old nonbinary trans person who was kicked out of my parent's house. I had known my current roommate since we were children and her parents took me in. I have fibromyalgia and severe anxiety/depression and psychosis.

I am Janice. I am 55 years old. I am quite disabled from Rhematiod Arthritis that has been progressing since childhood from the age of 8. I have never been able to work, so I have never paid into a pension plan so I am not eligable for any benefits of any kind. I also suffer from anxiety & depression mostly due to the current financial situation.

My husband is 71 years old. He was forced to retire at age 56 due to a heart attack and subsequent triple bypass surgery. He now is suffering from advanced lung disease as well, and can only collect a tiny pension.

My daughter Stacey is 21 years old. She was bullied out of school at a young age and as a result she suffers from severe agoraphobia, anxiety, depression, and has just recently been diagnosed with thyroid disease. She may never be able to work.

We also live here with eight pets, who would be displaced if we were to be forced out.

Some information about the debts we're in:
In Feburary 2014 the septic pump broke down and flooded the basement suite. Repairs were made but the tenant who lived there at the time refused to pay rent for March and would not move out until the end of April. A huge amount of cleaning and repairs were required and the suite was not rentable until June 1st. A new tenant (who has two small children) is in place but two mortgage payments and the insurance premium were unable to be paid due to the old tenant not paying his bills. The mortgage company had to pay the premium and that counts against the mortgage. The mortgage has now been forwarded to the lawyers to commence legal action.

Since the old tenant did not pay his (huge) hydro bill, there is a massive backlog that we are unable to pay and hydro is threatening to cancel services. We took donations for this before and managed to pay off some of it, but there is still a lot left.

To give you some idea of where the money is going in order of importance:

Hydro backlog - $1869.00
Property taxes - $999.00
Missed mortgage payment for April - $1700.00
Missed mortgage payment for May - $1700.00
Insurance premium - $2800.00
New septic pump - $500.00
Septic tank pumping - $480.00
