Help Our Dog

Our lovely German Shepherd, Nala, may need surgery on her eye. The lens has detatched from the back of the eye and has moved to the front and it now blocking her vision. They plan to try to move it back into place with medicine but if that doesn't work, they'll either remove the lense or her eye completely. The poor dear has already lost her tail due to being hit by a car when she was younger and we really don't want this sweetheart to lose anything else.

This is what her eye looks like at the moment. It's hard to tell but the doctor shined the light into her eye, it was clearly in the way. If left untreated, he eye will eventually rupture and that becomes dangerous.
The reason I'm asking for help is because my dad is retired and has cancer (among twenty other auto immune problems) that he's having to go to Houston for and my mom is unable to work because she's on the verge of losing her kidney and getting a heart valve replacement. Our family is falling apart and the last thing I want is to lose Nala; she's our emotional support.
Please help us help our baby girl.
