Hello and thank you for visitng.
Blake is a very close friend of mine like a brother and I am here to help my extended family as much as I can. Blake has gone into the hospital with an abrasion to the head. He has been put into a medical coma to help his brain heal and he is not in a state to survive for himself. We need your help to raise money to cover his medical bills so that when he does come out of this the family won't struggle completely.
