Joseph Lowrey Wounded Warrior Fund

Our dear friend Darlene Lowrey is currently at Walter Reed Medical Center with her family at the bedside of her son Army Sgt. Joseph Lowrey who was shot, while on a humanitarian mission delivering food with the 7th Special Forces Group in Afganistan. A catastrophic head injury like his makes his recovery unpredicatable and likely long-term. He will be relocated to California for extensive neurological rehabilitation soon, and at that time, Darlene's assistance thru the military will end.  Darlene has vowed to stay by his side through his recovery and sacrifice her job and school to do so. Funds are needed for her travel to California and living expense so she can stay by Joseph's side and assist his wife and 4 young children through these challenging times.
