My Adventure Continues
If I know one thing for sure, it is that the Lord has clearly called me to go and make disciples. I have always had a very strong conviction deep within me that I am called, by God, to spread the Gospel and that conviction continues to be confirmed.
Where I've Been
After graduating with a Social Work Degree from Anderson University(2011), I was generously offered an internship at Traders Point Christian Church in the Age Level Department. That internship soon turned into a full-time ministry role with students. I spent two years in that role and I loved every moment I spent sharing Jesus with middle school and high school students. The memories and experiences I have from TPCC are very near and dear to me. I grew in my leadership abilites, created and executed ministry events, and I even got to preach a few sermons to students. Every student I go to share Jesus with, every silly costume I ran around in, every parent I got to encourage, every baptism I witnessed, every AGAPE retreat and every Catalyst I was apart of, God used to confirm my calling to ministry.
In an act of complete obedience this past Spring, I decided to leave my job at TPCC and take time to listen to God's voice. I wanted to find clarity and direction for the next step in my life. On April 17, 2014, I turnined in my key and completely surrendered everything to the Lord. I have never experienced such joy and freedom as I am completely looking to HIM to supply everything I need. I have spent the past three months praying, seeking and listening to the Lords voice, and it is with great joy that I can confidently share with you my next step in the journey.

The Kanakuk Institute equips leaders with Biblical skills for a lifetime of ministry. It will provide me with eight months of biblical training, intentional discipleship and leadership training. I will be moving to Branson, Missouri in September and graduate from the program on April 17, 2015. (yup...exactly ONE YEAR from the day I took a huge step of faith and left my job at TPCC. I love God's perfect timing and I couldn't be more excited about this opportunity!

First and foremost please pray for me this next year as I will be challenged in many ways.

Each student is asked to rasied support to attend the Institute. The support raised will cover the cost of all my classes, food, and housing for 8 months. I am going to be raising $10,000 with help and support from generous people like you.
Let's BREAK IT DOWN and MAKE IT HAPPEN :)
$10,000 raised over 8 months = $1,250 a month (sept-apr)
You can be generous and give a One-Time Gift or
give monthly. (gofundme is awesome and lets you do that)
Its easy...
If 50 people commit to $12.50 a month for the next 8 months
and 25 people commit to $25.00 a month for the next 8 months!
My Ultimate of $10,000 goal would be reached :)
and my ENTIRE YEAR WOULD BE FUNDED!!
