Furniture/paint/moving fund

I am stuck in an unsuitable house, too small, not accessable to my disability and riddled with black mould. Even the sofa i have to sleep on has mould in it. Please help me escape this house and replace my furniture. I'm not the kind of person to ask for help usually but i am desperate, my children and i are getting sick and nothing i try to get out of here or to make the landlord face up to their responsibility seems to work.
