Walter Fitzpatrick Legal Defense Fund

Donation protected
I'm trying to raise money for a fellow patriot, Walter Fitzpatrick, who had the courage of his convictions. Convinced by the evidence that Barack Obama was not who he said he was and that he was using forged identity documents Fitzpatrick tried to exercise his constitutional right to present that evidence to a Grand Jury in Tennessee. That request was not only denied but a Grand Jury was convened to consider charges against Fitzpatrick essentially for attempting to make use of the Grand Jury system.

On June 24, 2014 Fitzpatrick was found "guilty" by said jury and will be sentenced on August 19. We all know what this is about folks..preventing the truth about Barack Obama from seeing the light of day.

Please consider a donation to Fitzpatrick's legal defense. All money raised will go to his attorney Mr. Van Irion.

Sincerely and in defense of our country, Linda Jordan, We the People T.V. at obamasfakeid.com

A few words from Walter Fitzpatrick:

I've attempted to relentlessly petition the government for redress of grievances naming government officials and organizations in the practice of massive government corruption.

In vindicative retaliation the government falsely charged me with four crimes: Felony extortion, felony perjury (aggravated perjury), felony harassment, and misdemeanor stalking.

The charges are completely defective for dozens of reasons. The case should never have been walked into a courtroom. But it was.

The stalking and harassment charges were dropped.

But on 24 June 2014 a McMinn County Trial Jury of twelve found me guilty of felony extortion and felony perjury (aggravated perjury.) How the jury came to its conclusions is beyond understanding.

The sentencing hearing is set for Tuesday, 19 August 2014. I expect to be locked up on the morning with a long sentence.

When I was arrested in the McMinn County Courthouse, after waiting four and one-half hours to testify before the County Grand Jury, I was sitting on a bench in the hallway reading John Grisham's *The Last Juror*.

The jury decision handed down on 24 June 2014 here in East Tennessee just made it a series of felony offenses to petition your government for redress of grievances: Constitutionally protected activity.

Or at least it used to be constitutionally protected.

Some background from Sharon Rondeau at the Post & Email:

On March 17, 2009, Walter Fitzpatrick filed a criminal complaint of treason against Barack Obama for being a “foreign born domestic enemy.” After filing it on the federal level, Fitzpatrick attempted to take it to the Monroe County grand jury, where he resided at the time. It was then that he discovered that Tennessee grand jury foremen serve for years, and sometimes decades, at the pleasure of criminal court judges.

Since late 2009, Fitzpatrick has exposed systemic corruption in the Tennessee courts which has been borne out by many other victims and members of the Tennessee House of Representatives and Senate. In Tennessee, no private citizen can bring evidence or a criminal complaint to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) or the U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Tennessee, as The Post & Email has recently re-confirmed.

Five years ago, Fitzpatrick was a lone voice naming Obama in the commission of treason. Today he is not.
