It is with a heavy heart that I write this. At 1210am on July 4th 2015 my step dad, Paul Piro, died as he was surrounded by mom Amy Piro, my brother Joey Piro, and the angels sent to carry him home. He fought a long battle to stay alive. Paul did not have any life insurance as his health was failing when his job was phased out in 2011 and no one would underwrite a policy.
