Used truck for winter to get to Dr.

I am a 71year old  widow. I have be told by my doctor  that I have neck and tongue cancer that requires kemo and radiation treatments .. 5 days a wk. for 6 or 7 weeks. I have no car and really need the Money for one.. Something I can use to go to treatments when transportation is not available and to the groc.store etc.
Money is really tight so gas and food money would be great.
