Must get to my niece!

My name is Beth and I need your help. My niece is very ill and has been told her time here on Earth is limited. I need to get to her before she leaves us. I am begging for your help, I am on disability and cannot afford the cost of plane tickets for myself and my caregiver to and from Kansas, but I have to go to her while I can. 

Please help me see her before it is too late.
