About 14 years ago I bought this magical property on the Big Island of Hawaii. I've created sacred places and planted hundreds of anthuriums and orchids.
Best of all I've been able to rescue abused and abandoned animals. I've rescued a parrot, some Koi fish, cats, dogs and have a flock of free range chickens that get to live their lives out here. When someone dies I plant a flower on their gave. This sanctuary is a place of harmony for animals and people alike.
My most recent rescue is a beautiful little dog called Pearl. She spent many years in a puppy mill giving birth to litter after litter of puppies. Shortly after I adopted her she broke her foot and is now undergoing laser treatment. I think she had a calcium deficiency and that is why she isn't healing as well as I'd hoped for. (Prayers and healing energy gratfully accepted)
I need help maintaining this beautiful sanctuary. There is a labyrinth, lotus ponds, wonderful wind chimes and lots of quiet places to sit in meditation. People are welcome to visit. I have a room dedicated to healing and love doing energy work on people.
I am also getting ready to write my ninth book - Joy Awaits: Using Crisis as a Doorway to Happiness, Freedom and Joy but I need free time to just focus on my creativity. With your support I will be able to take that time and still care for the animals and the sanctuary. I'm inviting you to join me in this journey of writing and being a loving caretaker.
