Jo Pincushion's Philly Geek Awards Dress

Hello everyone!
As you know, Geekadelphia has an annual black tie awards event entitled The Philly Geek Awards. This is the award's fourth year--and every year I try to top myself in the wardrobe department. You see, I idolize people like Lady Gaga so I try to be an outrageous as possible with my attire.
The first year, I wore a T.A.R.D.I.S. dress. The second, I had a raptor wrapped around my neck. Of course, last year I had to have a dress that lit up. How will I ever top myself? Well, with your help I can.
As you can imagine making a custom dress isn't cheap. This year, not only do I want to create an amazing piece--but I also want to compensate the amazingly talented Alexa O'Neill. In order to do that I need $800. (yikes!) This will cover the cost of materials and labor needed to create something stunning for the 2014 Philly Geek Awards.
That's where you come in. Help me make this year's Philly Geek Awards dress amazing! I'll be doing a red carpet segment for Scrapple.TV and I need to look good! Help me out Philly geeks!
