Help Atticus & Flip walk again!

Donation protected
Many of you know of two rabbits we have taken in over the past few months.

For those who don't, here is a brief look at their past:

Flip, a beautiful 4.5yr old New Zealand White rabbit was surrendered to us in February 2014 with her brother Flop, after she lost the use of her legs, and vets diagnosed her with arthritis.

Once here, x-rays taken showed she actually had Spondylosis. This is a degenerative spinal disease. Whilst she is still happy and healthy, we are happy to do whatever it takes. She is on metacam daily (pain relief) for life, and receives acupuncture every 3 weeks from Tara at Star Vet Physio.

Atticus is a stunning 18 month old Belgian Hare who came to us in May 2014. He has no real control over his back legs, and whilst x-rays ruled out any injuries/arthritis/spondylosis, we now believe it is neurological. Atticus has had a 28 day course of Panacur, but as any damage done with E cuniculi is usually permanent, he may always be like this. He spends most of his time in a laying position in his litter tray, as his legs don't do what he wants them to. He currently lives with Marcy, a rabbit with head tilt.

What we want to do is give both rabbits a new lease of life, by getting them custom made wheelchairs for when they are in the garden so they can live the rest of their lives to the full. Looking online, these are £220-£225 each including delivery. This is why we are asking you for your help, in donating to help Flip & Atticus appeciate life fully again!
