Hi, I am Amy Mac. Typically I am not one to ask for help even at the most difficult of times, so this is a humbling and new experience for me. It's time to take Amy Mac Jewelry to the next level so I must abandon my comfort zone and do just that, I need your help!
I have been designing and making jewelry for eight years, full time for the last 3+ years. Amy Mac Jewelry clients have seen my designs change, not only with fashion trends but with the creation of the Rough and Imperfect collection, I have added purpose and meaning. The Rough and Imperfect collection started with the Change necklace, using the triangle, the scientific symbol for change, to symbolize and celebrate life changes. It was intentionally made rough and imperfect because life is not perfect. Each person identifies and has attached their own meaning or story to the necklace. Cancer survivors, those getting married or divorced, many bought it as a reminder of the Change they want to incorporate in their lives. One remarkable story is of a Transgender female going through her final surgery to make probably the most dramatic and courageous change anyone can make. I will never forget when she called me to tell me how much strength the change necklace gave her through her incredible and inspiring difficult journey.
I am proud to say there are now 12 sterling pieces in the Rough and Imperfect collection, all with a different meaning. Each piece has allowed Amy Mac clients to have a tangible symbol of an important moment or time in their lives.
It's time to share the Rough and Imperfect collection with a broader market. In order to market this collection on a wholesale level I need packaging, branding and inventory. Once those are secured, a jewelry representative and a booth at the major gift shows can be arranged.
Bringing a smile and confidence to people through my jewelry is my passion. I love to hear the stories of my clients getting stopped on the street to be asked about their jewelry. Each story is relayed with a bright smile and confident gleam in their eyes.
