HOLA CHICAS Y CHICOS!!!!
It has been over a year since I have done anything for Charity and I have been feeling the guilt, it is about time I get moving and help those less fortunate. So, in celebration of my big move to the best island in the world I have signed myself up to do......
"THE IBIZA CHARITY ADVENTURE 2015" - an exhilarating four-day program of hiking, kayaking, mountain biking - to help raise money for two small Ibiza Charities - APNEEF and The Samasound Association.
The four day challenge takes me on a 250km circuit of the island of Ibiza - eek!!! It starts on Day 1 with a 65km bike ride and 10km kayak , Day 2 another 30km kayaking, a 25km hike on Day 3 and finishing off on Day 4 with a 50km bike ride.
(Phew, I feel tired just typing the schedule!!)
It is important to me to raise money for local/small charities, where the money can really make a difference.
APNEEF is an Ibiza and Formentera based group working with children who have special educational needs http://www.apneef.org/en
The Samasound Association offers sound healing to patients fighting cancer and other illnesses http://samasound.org/
I need to raise £1000 for these well derserving charities, so I am calling on you for your help - every little helps. If everyone of my social media friends donated just £1 I will smash my target.
Anything you can do to help will be greatly received, I will really need your support with this. I am massively unfit and as you all know, I HATE exercise!
