Hello, I am Kayla Dae Page the photographer behind Wrinkled Page Photography. I really fell in love with photography back when I was the wee age of 13 when I got my first digital camera. It was a dinky little thing but I could take it outside in the rain and my 3 year old sister quickly became my muse. None of the schools that I attended offered any form of photography class so everything I know I have taught myself or I'm still making it up. Story telling is my passion and I cannot wait to take more explorations into the life and love and world of photography.

Project
A brief summary of this project:
I have created a world in which the elements are inhabited and controled by the fey. We could not exist without the outside source of these ancient individuals.
This project will consist of 7 individual shoots, each portraying the life of an elemental or guardian faerie.
Nejma - Celestial Dream Guardian
Hattaya - Earth
Kuchoma - Fire
Sereya - Water
Esinte - Air
Mlinze - Animal
Setelah - Death Guardian
We have an exquisite cast of models excited to shoot with us, each one of them chosen for their unique beauty and keen acting ability to bring these characters to life while captured in a still portrait.
I have assembled an amazing team of artists to create the atmosphere for each of these shoots and we are ecstatic to be collaborating on this world of fey. Taylr Koebel and Lucia Romero will be working closely together as my Makeup and Hair artists to transform the models into new beings and Melissa Morin will be working diligently creating wardrobe for these fantastical shoots.
Funding
This is the fist time that I will have a full team including assistants to create this project and I couldn't be more excited, but we need your help. My entire team will be donating their incredible talents with little to no pay but we still need to raise funds to purchase fabric and items for wardrobe, prosthetics and accessories for hair and makeup, location permits, studio space/equipment, as well props and miscellaneous items for finishing touches.
It's super exciting to see the amount of people who are just as interested in seeing the finished project as I am so when we make our goal we will be putting on an exposition to highlight the work we have done. In this showing we will be giving you the opportunity to experience the photography, music that inspired the faeries, wardrobe, wigs, and jewelry that was created and insight into our makeup techniques and creative process. This is also going to take quite a bit of money to put up.
Fundraising is hard but at the end of this we are going to have an amazing result. This gallery is going to be a marvel, a huge milestone for me and my team in our creative expression, positive exposure for those involved, and...I cannot wait to share it with you.
