Shoes For Homeless Kids

In keeping with my "No Feet Left Behind" program, I wanted to offer a way for you to help the 1000's (yes, thousands) of homeless kids in Akron.
Homeless kids are the fastest growing segment of the homeless in Akron and America.
There is a huge need for shoes for homeless boys and girls here in Akron.
If you have new shoes (they have to be new, sorry) you are welcome to bring them to me at 15 Broad St. Akron.
Or, even easier, just donate a few dollars here.
Walmart has some cool shoes for $11.99 like these:
So for $12 you could get a kid a brand new pair of shoes.
You have my word that I'll look for the most affordable and decently rated shoes out there. And if you know of a better place to get affordable shoes just let me know.
There will be 2000 homeless kids in Akron this school year.
I'm working with Project RISE on this. They are the only group solely dedicated to homeless kids. They are awesome!
Make a difference in your community. Buy a pair of shoes for a homeless kid.
As always, this is a ZERO overhead initiative. Other than the small fee GoFundMe takes, ALL money goes directly to purchasing shoes.
