Hi my name is Zach or some of you may know me as Mini's by Zach. My wonderful family consists of my two beautiful daughters and loving wonderful wife. We are the family who is willing to help everyone and anyone that we can if we are able. Over the past couple months we have fallen on hards times, and I am having to do something that I never would have thought i would have to do and put my pride aside for the sake of my family.
The last couple of months have been not only physically, emotionally, mentally challenging it has also taken a huge toll finically as well. I am normally the person that will be on this site reading stories and helping others. I never would have thought I would get to the point of having to ask for help myself.
Starting in march my Oldest daughter fell in and had to be rushed to the Emergency Room due to a Staph infection in her leg that spread very rapidly and caused a huge amount of pain. At this point My wife had to take a lot of time off of work to be there for her. While she was being taken care of for the staph infection my youngest daughter came down with a virus that caused her to be so dehydrated that she required immediate medical attention and was rushed to the hospital for IV fluids and observation.
After all of that I was just so happy to have my family home and well just in time for easter! Following the easter celebration with our family. My wife started to have a very intense pain on the right side of her head. She soon had no feeling on the right side of her face and soon couldn't move the right side of her face. After being rushed to the hospital myself I found myself sitting in the emergency room wondering if my wife had had a stroke.
After several test and several hours of observation she was soon diagnosed with A typical migraines. She had never had a migraine before in her life. Now the constant fear of her possibly having another attack at any time with out warning scares me more than anything . I'm hoping with the help of her neurological team of doctors we can find the right treatment.
Now everything was going in a positive direction she was getting back to work after almost an entire month with out income. I was getting back to painting and working again trying to play catch up on bills and medical cost. Both children are now happy and healthy and back to being kids. And then BAM....
I found myself helping my wife who was stranded in the middle of an on ramp during rush hour because our main source of transportation broke down while on the way to pick my kiddos up from daycare after she had gotten off work. Came to find out the timing belt broke and blew the engine in a matter of seconds. Which is a total of $1200 in repairs and it isn't a guarantee that is would be fixed and i am unable to take the risk of this happening again and possibly with my kids in the car.
Then today my wife had to be rushed to the hospital again to symptoms of a blood clot. The doctors ran all sorts of test again and swore that she wasnt fine and it was a bruise. Well when they came back they informed us that it was not just one but two blood clots in her arm of all places, one of which is running in her main vein from her arm to her heart. She is undergoing treatment to break it up and keep track of it and hopefully rid her of it. She is on blood thinners as well as a clot busting drug and will have to undergo weekly visits to the docotr to be checked out and watch her blood levels and all that fun stuff. This will be causing her to be missing at least a day of work every week, thus cutting the income down even more.
All I'm looking for is enough money to pay my bills and rent for the month and take at least that stress off of everyone, any extra money will be put away for any other issues. We have figured out rides for my wife to and from work for the time being so if we get back on track we can start saving for a new used car for her. I am currently painting and working in the kitchen full times trying to make ends meet, and its just not enough at this time with normally day to day life and added trips to the doctor and all the medical bills for the three of them.
Anyone who is able to help I will find a way to repay you even if it is just painting models for you! Everyone of you amazing people have always been there for me one way or another and I thank you for anything you can do even if its just sharing this page or prayers and good vibes.
