Fundraising for Bursledon House - ASLI

Art saves Lives International has been meeting the children and helping them create and paint personality portraits of themselves for an exhibition of their work at The Art House in Southampton, which is launched on the 16th of July from 6pm until 8pm and then will be on exhibition for 2 months.

The money we raise for this event will be going to Bursledon House children's hospital and will be going towards art materials and art focused school trips and activities. 

"Bursledon House provides a homely and welcoming environment in order to support, care and manage children’s physical, psychological, educational and social needs from the ages of 0-16 years."

Art Saves Lives International's co-artistic director Charlotte Farhan has organised this event with artist in residence Lisa Reeve as part of ASLI's mission. which is INSPIRE – INCLUDE – INNOVATE – INSTIGATE "Art Saves Lives International is a non-profit global arts organization dedicated to providing free inspirational and inclusive arts projects to marginalized artists." 

Please help us to bring more art into these children's lives. The exploration of creativity and its aid in helping children communicate difficult feelings, as well as the enjoyment and relaxation benefit it is a wonderful cause and event.
