A/C for young local musicians

The 27 Club venue, located in the back of Vinyl Request Records in downtown Melbourne, is hoping to add a new AC unit to the venue space.

What the venue offers:  The 27 Club is a place for local, original music.  We want to hear music that we've never heard before; music that no one has ever heard before.  And we want to offer a place for local musicians to grow through their music and through each other.

Currently, the venue gets pretty hot when the band's bring a good draw.  We want our patrons and performers to be comfortable.  To sustain itself, The 27 Club needs to grow and people need to want to come back without feeling too hot or uncomfortable.  To succed in that, we need to purchase a new AC unit and have it installed.  It's the next logical step towards supporting local, original musicians.

If 100 people that support Vinyl Request Records and/or The 27 Club donated $5, we'd reach our goal.
