Justice for SFC Bing M. Yee (Ret.)

In Sept 2012, I was wrongfully arrested twice and later indicted on 3 felonies for defending a Military Working Dog (excess) that I adopted as my service dog from Lackland AFB.

Army Regulation 190-12, Ch 2-4

Aalice aka Alicia was part of the Military Working Dog (MWD) training program and did not meet DoD standards.

So, she was put up for adoption. I only had her for 4 days when this incident happened. I was facing 25 years to life for this incident.

Several pieces of evidence were suppressed and hidden for almost 2 years until I found it through a open records request. My service dog was ambushed from behind by a dog owned by Billy & Amber Rodgers. The Rodgers and their friends lied to police and the media about the incident.

Billy Rodgers mother is Pam Rodgers, and she is a director for the Texas Attorney State Generals Office. She lied to protect her son and daughter in law.

The Rodgers and their friends even went so far as to accuse me of having class 3 automatic weapons.  My 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 14th Amendment rights were violated. No due process or fairness in the law.

I am asking that the Department of Justice investigate this case and hold everyone involved accountable to the full extent of the law. This is a color of law violation / abuse. This Round Rock 911 call / was suppressed by DA Jana Duty and Prosecutor Elizabeth Whited. Even though this 911 call doesn't paint a complete picture on how intense and chaotic this situation was. It does show I acted in self defense of my service dog and myself.

This was exculpatory evidence! Round Rock 911 call suppressed by DA Jana Duty and Prosecutor Elizabeth Whited.  https://youtu.be/kh2jI1Z3NfQ

Here is Cedar Park police video of Amber Rodgers caught collaborating with her husband to lie on her police statement.  It starts at 3:25 into video.

Please share my story, assist me and Alica in finding the justice!
