A Life Taken Too Soon
Tyler Barela, 24, was involved in a devastating motorcycle accident on Saturday, July 4th, 2015. After being flown to the hospital in Galveston, Texas all efforts to save Tyler were exhausted and after extensive consultation with the medical staff at the hospital, sadly, his family had to make the most difficult decision to let him go.
Through this tragedy, Tyler was able to provide the gift of life to at least 7 people in need through organ donation. Out family is now left with the responsibility of the medical expenses incurred as well as any assistance in the future care of Tyler's 5 year old son, Tyler Jr. and 6 month old daughter, Kylie.
