Here is a little about me.

I am Ademuyiwa Tobiloba, age 6 months from Lagos Nigeria.

I have been diagnosed as having a serious congenital heart diseases (single ventricle, transposition of great arteries and pulmonary hypertension).  My disease is rare and its incurable in Nigeria and I would need to be flown to India as soon as possible to get the surgery done.

My parents have been advised that the surgery needs to be done within the next two months from the date shown in the attached letter. 

My surgery is going to cost 4,000,000naira which is equivalent to £8,000. Please assist my parents to help save my life by donating whatever you can.
