Tim & Tereza Recovery Fund

Tim & Tereza's lives forever changed on the evening of December 7th; they were struck by a vehicle running a red light while they were enjoying a motorcycle ride. This accident left both of them severely injured, and life has not been the same since this tragedy.

Tim suffered serious head trauma which left him with two skull fractures & brain hemorrhaging. He spent eleven long days in Neuro-ICU. He now requires physical therapy three times a week to help regain his strength and might need surgery on his shoulder as well. His recovery is going to take several months; he will never be back to his former self.

Tereza suffered multiple bodily injuries to her hand, knee, neck, and back. These injuries have left her unable to perform her career as a photographer. She has to wear two sets of braces on her arm & leg and will possible be needing surgery on her hand.

Both bikes were totaled at the time of the accident; they’ve now had to use a rental car as a means of transportation. Tim & Tereza have had to pay the expense of this out of pocket until the matter is straightened out between the insurance companies/lawyers/etc. In addition, they have both been unable to earn any sort of income due to their injuries.

They have fallen on hard times and are trying their best to manage on their own. Since they aren’t the type of people to ask for help, we would like to ask for your assistance so that they can make it through this difficult healing process without the stress of financial strain.
