Study Abroad Trip

Hi, my name is Keegan Brumer and I am raising money to send me to Italy next spring for a semseter to study abroad. I am a student studying apparel merchandising and design at Iowa State University. Studying abroad would broaden my learing and give me a cultrual experience that I have never had before. Going to Italy has always been a dream of mine, but coming from a family that doesn't make that much I knew it could only be possible to travel there through school. However, the cost is still a lot of money, so I will be working a lot of hours over the summer as well as in the fall to save up as much as I can to help with the costs of passports, travel, and other things.

I have never been too far outside of the midwest, and have never been outside of the country. This opportunity would open so many doors for me in my career path! I get to meet a tone of people who are already designers, as well as learn from some of the best professors in the world. Accademia Italiano is the best fashion school in Italy.
While there we get to visit many museums and learn about the history and language of Itayl.
While in Italy, I would like to travel around Europe as well to get more cultural diversity since we get three day weekends. I have friends in France and relatives in Ireland whom I would like to visit while on my trip.
