Investoshare is a crowdfunding platform on a mission to streamline how entrepreneurs raise capital from angels. Investoshare is the first equity based crowdfunding platform that connects Problem and Undercapitalized banks with accredited investors. Investoshare also connects startup entrepreneurs in the Healthcare Technology, Mobile Payments industry and Real Estate Developers (Commercial).
Investoshare is currently a startup and raising capital to finish the development of our platform, hire key developers and purchase servers. The reason our CEO wanted to do a crowdfunding campaign was to give more equity to the team and have the ability to implement his vision. We are going to do some amazing things once we reach our funding goal. We believe in giving back and creating opportunities. Investoshare is going to create 1 US job within our company per every $100,000 raised, we were modeling after the EB-5 business model. In our crowdfunding campaign we have great perks from New York Jets Mo Wilkerson, each person who contributes will have their name on our website forever and some will be invited to our Launch Party. Our goal is to reach our funding goal as soon as possible, so that we can finish development.

Investoshare's Founder and CEO is apart of a group called YoungMindsCan (YMC), founded by Jay "Mr. Real Estate" Morrison and New York Jets #96 Mo Wilkerson, where our mission is to uplift, inspire, support and mentor the youth to follow their dreams and never give up.
As of April 25, 2014, there are 513 Problem banks currently listed in America. This is due to the financial meltdown of 2008. That's still a lot of banks that Investoshare can help with our platform. Imagine having the banks and investors interested in helping on the same platform to streamline the process.
Mobile payments and Healthcare Technology obtained 81% of investor capital in 2013. The opportunity and trend is going to continue to increase over the next few years. Investoshare want to support our entrepreneurs and provide them the tools and access to capital they will need to continue to build great companies.
Entrepreneurs and small businesses are the ones creating the jobs, employing over 90% of workers and are the backbone of the economy. We want to support entrepreneurialism.
