Arm Knitting for ROC Homeless

In 2014, I held an event to arm-knit scarves for the Open Door Mission in Rochester, NY. This year I want to support them again but in a very different and meaningful way. I believe in the value of a meal around the table, and the Open Door Mission provides that meal for the homeless in the Rochester, NY community.
This fundraiser is two-fold. I am collection donations to purchase items they need for their kitchen like sheet pans, bakeware utensils, stock-pots, cookware, etc... These items will be purchased through a Pampered Chef Fundraiser - and not only will the purchased items be donated directly to the Open Door Mission Kitchen.
BONUS: The Pampered Chef Fundraiser also includes a check directly from the Pampered Chef written to the Open Door Mission for 15% of the total proceeds (ON TOP OF WHAT WAS DONATED AND ORDERED FOR THE KITCHEN!).
$5,000 would mean ALL NEW KITCHEN PRODUCTS for the Open Door Mission - AND a Check for $750 which would feed A LOT OF HUNGRY PEOPLE!
It's a double whammy fundraiser!
ALL FUNDS DONATED WILL BE USED TO PURCHASE KITCHEN ITEMS NEEDED TO PREPARE AND SERVE FOOD TO THE HUNGRY AND HOMELESS IN THE ROCHESTER, NY COMMUNITY.
