Rippowam Middle School, PTO

Rippowam International Baccalaureate Middle School is a very special school.  It's a place where students of all nationalities and socioeconomic backgrounds come together to learn in a creative, supportive, environment. 

We hold ourselves to a higher standard and it's a challenging task because we are open to everyone.  We're working to make this a world-class school, with a unique program unlike any other middle school in Stamford, and we're getting there.

But it takes money to run a school like this.

To increase our efforts to fund the programs our students need to succeed, we're holding an all school fund-raiser, Raptor Dash, #dinosoar Challenge, on May 28th, for our students.  We're asking them to collect donations to participate.

Unlike our other fund-raising projects, students will need to be sponsored to take part in this fun, athletic challenge.  They'll run through an obstacle course and complete other athletic endeavors. But we're not forgetting about exercising the mind.    They'll also do word challenges and answer questions about their school subjects. Everyone will find something to enjoy. 

To participate, students must collect at least $25 in donations, and in exchange, they'll get a Raptor Dash t -shirt and be eligible to win prizes.  

Sadly, not all the children will be able to collect the $25, so we are asking for outside donations.  

You can help sponsor a child(ren) by making a donation today. Every dollar counts.  

The funds collected will ensure every child can participate in the event and a chance to win prizes. The money we receive from sponsors will also go towards school supplies, enrichment programs, field trips, and anything we need to make our school a place where students can learn and grow.
