Tina's Medical Costs

I was involved in a car accident on 12/24/15 and messed up my wrist. ER visit, dr visit, and surgery costs are not covered under my policy and the other driver didn't have insurance. I'm not one to ask for money but I'm struggling right now and any help would be appreciated. My car was a total loss and need to buy a small affordable commute vehicle to get to work as well.
