Cold weather is upon us and many people are going without coats, gloves, hats and boots. This causes many to be sick and in turn they can not afford to go to the doctor for treatment. We all have these things laying around that we have outgrown or don't wear that someone would greatly appreciate. Gather up what you can.This is an ongoing event throughout winter. Helping should never be a one time thing

We have collected many items, gently used clothing, shoes, gloves, blankets and more. We would like to make backpacks to hand out to the homeless and the displaced veterans of our country. In these backpacks we would like to include one outfit, socks, gloves, basic toiletries and a coat or a blanket to get them through the winter months. We have teams set up nationwide to collect and distribute goods to take to the streets, shelters, food banks and other organizations. But even with all of our efforts we are still short on some things. Backpacks and toiletries especially. If you can not help monetarily that is ok but please go through your things and see what you can donate.
