North Branford Citizens Against Bulk Propane Storage Facility
Over 1000 residents have signed a petition that they are against this project and asked for the Town Council to hold a town wide binding referendum to override the Planning and Zoning’s regulation change. This was rejected. We have retained an attorney who is going to help us make our case. He specializes in land use and dealing with town governments. We have many avenues to pursue. At this point what we need is support by having as many people as possible attend the town meetings especially the PLANNING & ZONING meeting on NOV 6 at 7 pm at NBIS cafeteria. Also we need donations to help with the attorney’s fees. Any amount you feel you can donate will help. (no amount is too small, no amount is too large).
