My Baby Sister Needs Surgery

My baby sister (Jax) is in desperate need of jaw surgery to correct a severe under bite. When she was three her cute little under bite and slight lisp was adorable. 

At 19, it is no longer cute and is presenting serious medical challenges. Recently diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, Jax has seen how her inability to properly chew food has made her condition worsen and become more painful. So much so that she had to drop out of college to deal with the side effects of her jaw misalignment. That isn't even taking in to account the guaranteed long-term effects her under bite will have on her dental health if her teeth are allowed to continue to wear down incorrectly.

Her Doctor has been kind enough to offer to do the surgery (commonly referred to as maxillary osteotomy) for free, but we still need these funds to pay for the hospital and other medical expenses.

If I had the ability to pay for this myself I would, but since I don't I am turning to my larger online community who has given me so much in my life and ask that you be generous and help change my sister's life. Your help will help my sister enjoy a lifetime of good health and get her back in college where she belongs.
