Standing Strong with Michael

Michael Cardone was diagnosed with a rare bone cancer called Ewings Sarcoma. There are only 200 new cases in the United States yearly. This week, Michael will begin a year-long journey to fight this cancer which will include in-hospital chemotherapy, radiation and surgery.

For those of us blessed to know the Cardone family, we know their altruism, generosity and kindness of spirit are exceedingly rare. They have dedicated their lives to  giving back to their communities.  At 17 years of age,  Michael faces this battle with hope and courage.

Michael loves chemistry, being an Eagle Scout and is passionate about serving those in need. He dreams of being a child psychiatrist. He loves computers and ska music . His favorite band is called Big D and the Kids Table. He loves the outdoors. He misses his friends in VA  and loves the New York Mets. 

With an army of support near and far, we can help relieve some of the burden this family will face. Please join us in supporting Michael's fight.
