Maya Rose Dwek - CW PIX 11

I am a single father raising money for my daughter Maya Rose's living conditions. If you could please find it in your heart, I may never be able to see my daughter walk or talk or even stand on her own, however with your help I may be able to provide her the life she deserves. My daughter Maya Rose & I a single father were first featured on the CW's Pix 11 "Help Me Howard" with a mystery diagnosis 2 1/2 years ago, & now she finally received a diagnosis, MR-Autosomal Dominant 19, Now on the latest edition of "Help Me Howard" (Which can be viewed above) I was told by my neurologist Doctor Joseph Melvin that Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) needs to be done only as a last resort & it may be the only chance I have.
