Mission Trip to Ghana - Children & Women

Hello Everyone,
Thank you for visiting my GoFundMe page. My name is Kanayo (@doctorkanayo) and I will be volunteering in Ghana with a charity called STG (Spreading The Gospel) from May 15th - May 25th!
This outreach is one that I have wanted to embark on for the past two years and I am extremely grateful that the opportunity has finally come!
My flights/accommodation and additional commuting costs (£1000+) are completely covered by my own funds. The money raised by you guys here is solely for the beneficiaries of the mission! So, I thank you in advance, for your support in prayer and monetary contribution. God bless you!
Our aim is to primarily work with vulnerable children, youths and families in different villages and communities. Our Regions of operation in Ghana are: Ashanti, Central & Greater Accra regions.
School Building Fund (See Wish List)
Your money will contribute to the school we are planning to build in a village called Amokrom in the Ashanti region of Ghana.
Children in the Amokrom village currently have to walk a number of miles to the neighbouring town called Bibiani, to get schooling. Parents were getting reports of the children getting killed on the way and they stopped their children from going to school in fear.
STG(Spreading The Gospel) visited the village and saw the need and decided to build a school in Amokrom. Please support us so we can get this School running as soon as!
Women's Workshops
I have a keen focus on empowering the Women in Ghana by running educational workshops and equipping them with the training to continue flying the flag of confidence, elegance and virtue even in our absence.
Other Activities include:
Village evangelism
Children's outreach & donations
Urban outreach
Clothes distribution to the poor
Homeless outreach
Organising educational seminars and workshops
We take so many things for granted in the western world - let us not forget that there is someone who would love to be in your position right now. Please give what you can, no amount is too small, trust me it goes a very long way!

About STG
We are a Christian missionary and humanitarian organisation with a commitment to spreading the gospel to individuals, families, communities and cities, as well as working with the poor in society to alleviate poverty.

We have a three tier focus as an organisation.

We are motivated by our faith in Jesus Christ and our personal experience of His unfailing love to share and demonstrate to others through preaching and charity work.
