Shortly after Justin Vaughan's birth. his parents were told he had Down Syndrome and many health issues. He underwent 2 open heart surgeries and 5 eye surgeries. Justin was given a 10% chance to live by his doctors.
Today, Justin is 27 and fighting for his life again. On Friday July 11th, Justin aquired a lung infection from that became ARDS(Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrom), He then went in to multiple organ failure, and an eeg showed he had minimul brain activity, his prognosis was grim. 3 days later Justin woke up and was following commands! Fortunatly, Justin has taken a turn for the better, however he is still very critical and is fighting, we ask more than anything for your prayers and thoughts, but also for any donations, big or small, in order to help aid the Vaughan family with the expenses associated with such a long hospital stay.
