Joseph Sharpe

Hello, my name is Mitch Mucci, Joseph Sharpe is my brother in law & best friend! Joe was diagnosed with AML back in February. AML is a type of leukemia. All donations raised will go toward helping this amazing family through this very difficult time. Joe is father to 2 beautiful children (Harmony - 7 yrs, & Noah "Bear" - 1 yr). He has been in the United States Air Force since he graduated from high school over 10 years ago & began his family by getting married to my wonderful sister in law Samantha. He has also advanced to the rank of 1st Lieutenant! He has continued his education earning his Bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University & is currently working on his Master's. His wife Samantha was only 7 weeks away from getting her M.D. & graduating from The Ohio State Universities medical program but has had to put that on hold to be by his side. This is a truly loving family who enjoy nothing more than spending time with each other & with friends & family. Nothing can attest to their kind & loving ways more than when I lost my job & they opened up their home to my wife Amanda (Samantha's twin sister) & I & our 2 dogs for over a year rent free till we got back on our feet! We can never repay them for all they have done for us & their ongoing generosity such as the dozens & dozens of times they continue to have us over for "family" dinners (they are both amazing cooks as well!) & to enjoy each other's company (unless were playing spades & then all bets are off, lol!) Their lives are busy enough with 2 children, 2 full time jobs, & continuing their educations to let this horrible disease slow them down!
