Rachels Internship as a missionary

I have been to Ecuador twice on missions trips with my church, once when I was only 11 and again when I was 17. Both times I went to Quito, the capital to a camp called El Refugio, which means The Refuge. This camp is based on showing others the love of God and helping the people of the community. Being that Ecuador is a 3rd world country, the camp strives to provide for the people who do not have as much as many others. We held Vaction Bible Schools for the children of the community and we went around the city and gave out bags of necestitys. We also do hard work on the campsite to make it a wonderful place for the people who come to visit. Both of my experiences in Ecuador have given me the opportunity to fall in love with the country as whole and the work we do there. I was there for 2 weeks at a time both times. This summer I have been given the opportunity to be an Intern at El Refugio for 2 months. I am looking forward to this trip so much! In order to get there, and afford housing, food, transportation, interenet accesss, and personal care I will need to raise about $2,800. 
I really hope I am able to make this trip possible, in order to show love and compassion to those whom are less fortunate!
