My daughters surgery

Hello my name is edward laube my daughter has been suffering from what we thought was growing pains turns out the bone in her hip is dying off and has started to produce more bone causing it to not fit in the socket correctly she is in pain half the day the other half she sits around and colors because it hurts to walk run or bend so that being said i hate to ask but the insurance will only cover 94 percent and before she can have the surgery i need to come up with $2300.00 so that she can live a normal life..
