Ok, Update!
We were able to get Luna onto a flight to LAX. She will be staying 3 days there with Kendall's cousin, and we will rent a car and drive back. Any donations still help us to pay for gas to get from LAX to SLC. Those that have contributed will be receiving a special visit from Megan, Luna, and Kendall shortly after their arrival back to Utah!
