GTFI do Vitruvian for Jake

Donation protected
Everyone,

The lovely young man in the photo below has complex partial epilepsy, an extremely rare and severe form of epilepsy. He is already partially paralysed on his left side due to multiple brain operations in an attempt to remove the affected areas.

He is currently at the Rainbow Clinic, a specialised children's hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. This is the only place in the world that has the technology to perform the surgery he needs to survive past puberty. He is currently undergoing extremely expensive tests in order to qualify for the surgery.

A huge sum has been raised to go towards paying for these tests however we need one more push to get us to the amount required to pay for the surgery and follow-up care.

GTFI, a group of friends and fitness enthusiasts, have signed up to do the Vitruvian Triathlon on 30th August. This is a long-distance race consisting of a 1900m swim, 53-mile bike followed by a 13.1 mile run. It is going to be one of the most testing events that we have done, but as a feat it is incomparable to what Jake has gone through.

Please spare the time to donate whatever you can afford for the most loving cousin a man could wish for, and a child who deserves his life back.
