It's KITTEN SEASON and we have our hands FULL! Please help if you can. Our group is taking in as many pregnant females, mom's and kittens, and adoptable cats as we can. We are finding them GOOD HOMES so we can make room for more, and at the same time we are FIXING as many as possible to prevent more litters. It's a labor of love and a huge amount of time and emotion, but we do it For the Cats' Sake. It's hard to find the time to raise funds, although we always are working on that, sometimes we run low on funds, like now because we have FIXED 150 CATS and ADOPTED OUT 58 KITTIES so far this year!
For the Cats' Sake is an all-volunteer, non-profit group in Rappahannock County, Virginia. We are dedicated to spaying and neutering stray, feral and domestic cats in order to reduce the homeless cat population, and the number of cats put to sleep in shelters. We operate a TNR (trap, neuter & release) program, but find a few more R's to add on the end... like Rescuing sick cats, Rehabilitating scared ones and Rehoming any that we can – so many are dumped pets, or deserve a home.

All your donations are tax-deductible and go directly to the care of the cats. We volunteers buy office supplies and fosters usually feed their cats too. One of our members has added heat and a/c to her shed so that the cats have a recovery center and we quarantine also. We make shelters for ferals and strays during winter and assist injured or emergency cases or get them help.
