Industrial salmon farm or feedlot corporations have millions of dollars to spend on convincing you to eat their product, that it is safe and sustainable. I disagree. I am a biologist who has studied their impact on whales, their sea lice and now European salmon viruses in the Pacific Ocean. The NDP in BC are likely to form the next govt. They have now been well informed of this issue and the support from the conscious public because of your activism for over 2 decades to bring awareness to this problem There are no excuses left for govts not to protect wild slmon

I wish I could say that I'm not appalled with every posting from you Alexandra, but you are right. It appears to just get worse. It's horrific to think that unsuspecting people might be eating this virus, when they think they are buying something that supports their health. How can this be legal?? We must not allow the salmon to be the next dodo. Salmon are a beautiful natural wonder. If we loose them there will be consequences a whole eco system depends on them. It will have repercussions forever.
