Costa Rican Family Adventure

We are the Blankenberry Family (this is a nickmname from our friends are actually the Thornberry-Blankenship family). We live in Birmingham, Alabama. It is our deepest wish for our children to have a good global perspective, which is often challenging in the deep south. We have been saving for three years for a trip to Costa Rica. Unfortunately, every year we suffer a minor emergency that depletes our fund. This year it was new front door and rotting framing. The boys have decided to ask Santa for the trip, so I was hoping you would like to be an elf. The money will purchase the kids airline tickets and passports. We should be able to cover the rest. For every donation we will send a gift from the kids (ie. art work, postcards from our trip, and a picture with santa). We will keep a blog so that everyone can follow along.
