Randy Loren's Dolce Vita was started by Randy Loren on Valentine's Day of 2009. With much thought and planning he decided to open the restaurant in his hometown of Schenectady, NY. He completely renovated and designed the building with his daughter Amanda. His main goal was to give the community an era of service and style that has been forgotten. He centers the design of the restaurant around a White Baby Grand Piano, His Trademark, with a Las Vegas flavor and unique designs seen no where else in the region. Whether you are looking for a fun night out, or a nice meal with the family we provide both types of experiences.

Our specialty is providing every guest with fresh, homemade, cooked to order authentic Italian/American cuisine. The recipe for our pasta sauce has been passed down through the family from Randy 's mother Amelia. Specialty Entrees such as the Chicken or Veal Dolce Vita have been created and can only be found at Randy Loren's Dolce Vita. All ingredients are provided from local resources and every meal is prepared on premises, never frozen in a bag. The quality of the food we present is unsurpassed by local chain restaurants and AFFORDABLE to EVERYONE.

The entire staff along with the owner work together as a team to provide the finest in service, quality, presentation, and atmosphere. We do everything in our power to make your experience a memorable one. Randy Loren feels as if he has been brought to this area to serve the community and this is the reason why the Dolce Vita was opened. His main goal is to provide an upscale dining experience with affordable pricing for everyone. One example of how we fulfill our mission statement is the owner Randy Loren approaches all guests (literally every table) while dining to ensure exceptional quality and satisfaction have been achieved.

We lost our lease at our previous location of over three years and a major Investment. But we were blessed to acquire a new location immediately located only 1/2 mile from the previous location. A True Godsend, However financially we have exhausted our resources from the move and expenses of fees, licenses, renovations and need funds necessary to complete the renovation and retro fit of the new building, and that is why this web site has been created, to allow all our Faithful Patrons, Friends & Family to support us and capture a piece of the Dolce Vita by pledging whatever is possible. Your contributions to funding our project will allow us to turn our new location into the permanent home of Randy Loren's Dolce Vita.

Our New Location will Feature a More Distinguished Entrance, a PRIVATE Banquet & Meeting Room, something the previous location lacked, Our Bar will seat 20 instead of the previous 10, and we will have a Larger Stage & a Dance Floor double the size of our previous one in the shape of a Grand Piano.
