4RWI International Conferences

4 Real Women International Inc, (4RWI) is a multi-generational, multi-cultural, non-denominational 501 (c) 3, not-for-profit organization whose mission is to empower and elevate women  around the globe.

An organization run by women for women. Since 2007 we have touched the lives of more than 5,500 women and girls by developing and presenting insight-gaining programs and activities.

With a team of skilled and dedicated volunteers, we reach out to women locally, through workshops, interventions, community forums and screenings. In addition, as part of our international work, we carry humanitarian intervention and support to adult and young women. We have facilitated international conferences for women in Costa Rica (2007 & 2014), Panama (2008), Canada (2011), and Jamaica (2010 & 2013). At these conferences we present carefully designed workshops, group interventions and personal counseling. 

Two annual programs are hosted in the New York area The Leadership Academy 4 Women and The Voices of Women Conference.
