Help Casey's Family!

Casey has been battling and fighting Cancer since age 17.  In that time he has done everything humanly possible to extend his life in hopes of a cure.  Sadly on 12/18/2014 is body finally wore out, but his spirit never waivered...He leaves behind his Superwoman of a wife Mary Ann,  his champion and partner, and his three wonderful Children Ashlyn, Allyssa, and Brady.  Because Casey has had cancer his whole adult life, he was deemed "uninsurable" by all life insurance companies...This account is for the benefit and creation of a trust to take care of his wife and children.  Thank for for reading this and taking the time to consider.
